Summer Cocktails | The Bombay Bird & The Secret Garden

It’s summertime and the living’s easy – at least in the Lower East Side. We’ve channeled our inner mixologist to create the perfect summertime cocktails… because who wouldn’t want a festive, icy liquid refreshment in this weather?

The Bombay Bird

1.5oz Vodka

1.5oz Pineapple Juice

.5oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

.75oz Campari

.75oz Dark Cane Sugar

In a shaker with a heaping amount of crushed ice, shake pineapple and lime juices with your vodka of choice and Campari. Strain into a wine glass. Garnish with a sliced orange rind.

The Secret Garden

 

1.25oz Campari

1oz Gin

.5oz Green Chartreuse

.5oz Grenadine

In a shaker with a handful of ice, shake all ingredients together. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a twisted lemon rind and basil sprig.
